Using GATE

Commerce, CRM & marketing

These ten integrations let your bot read (and in a couple of cases write) data from the commerce, CRM, and marketing tools your org already uses.

They all share one connection model: you connect the service once from the dashboard (Settings → <service>) through GATE's integration provider, and then delegate that connection to a bot.

The tokens live with the integration provider, never on GATE. Your bot can always tell you which connections it has access to.

If a connection is revoked, the bot is handed a re-auth URL to send you.

A word on read vs write: most of these are read-only by design. Notion is the only one with a full read+write surface; Brevo has exactly one write (sending email). Everything else only reads.

Shopify

Read your storefront. Your bot can list recent orders, list products (optionally filtered by product ID), and look up a single customer by ID. Read-only — cart, checkout, and fulfillment writes aren't available.

Stripe

Read your money surface. Your bot can report the account balance (available and pending, per currency) and pull payout history (filterable by status and date, newest first). Read-only. Amounts come back in Stripe's minor units, and dates are epoch seconds.

Pipedrive

Read your CRM. Your bot can list deals (by status and stage), pipelines, and stages with their win probabilities. Read-only — mutations aren't available. Deal values are in major units; probability is a 0–100 integer.

Notion

The one full read+write integration. Your bot can search and read pages, databases, rows, blocks, comments, and users — and also create, update, append, archive, and duplicate pages, databases, rows, blocks, and comments.

A Notion integration only sees pages you've explicitly shared with it (in Notion: page → ••• → Connections → add the integration). If a read or write returns a permission error, that's a sharing grant to fix in Notion, not a GATE bug.

If a bot can reach more than one Notion workspace, a write needs to say which workspace to act as, using a label from the bot's list of connected accounts; single-workspace bots don't need to specify one.

Brevo

Manage email marketing and send transactional mail. Your bot can list contacts, look up one contact by email or phone, and list email campaigns — all reads — plus the single write: sending a transactional email.

Sending an email requires a sender address. You can give the bot a specific sender address (and optionally a sender name), or rely on the server's default sender — with neither set, the send fails fast.

Apollo

B2B prospecting search. Your bot can search people, search organizations, and search your saved contacts. Search-only — saved sequences and write operations aren't available.

YouTube

Read the YouTube Data API. Your bot can pull channel statistics, list a channel's videos, and run a general search (video, channel, or playlist). Read-only — upload, playlist, and comment writes aren't available.

Reddit

Read Reddit. Your bot can search posts, read a subreddit's posts, and read a post's comments. Read-only. Note that search has no subreddit parameter — scope it inside the query with Reddit syntax like subreddit:name.

Instagram

Read your own account's stats. Your bot can read the org's Instagram Business profile (followers, media count) and recent media with engagement. Read-only, and the account must be a Business account — Meta exposes no stats for personal profiles. Connect under Settings → Meta social.

This is the read-only stats proxy, not posting or outreach. To create posts or run social campaigns, see Social posting & outreach.

Facebook

Read your own Page. Your bot can list your Pages (to find a Page ID), read a Page's details, and read its posts within a date window. Read-only. Like Instagram, it connects under Settings → Meta social.
